Overall not a terrible steering wheel - has a lot more flex than I would like up top, but otherwise looks and feels pretty good. The one I bought also looked like it was a return wheel - had some scuffs/nicks, screw heads were slightly worn, and the allen wrench had wear marks at the tips like it had been used quite a bit.
